Meet Mike
I’m Mike Strong — a husband, father, leader, coach, and pastor. I’m passionate about helping people unlock who they are from the inside out. Truth be told, I started this work out of necessity. As a leader, I was drowning under ever-increasing pressures and problems, learning how to become the master of my inner word became the only way to stay in the game and to thrive in and out of work. Then and only then could I become a leader who truly made meaningful impact and change.
After a decade of leading teams and speaking to audiences, I discovered that the real differentiator of effective leaders isn’t just strategy or skill, but their capacity to understand, process and master their emotions.
I love coaching because it creates a reflective space like no other for real, actionable change that really sticks.
1:1 Coaching
Our one-to-one work walks you on a personal journey; guiding you to become the master of your emotional world. You will be given powerful emotional intelligence tools and experience transformation from the inside out as we help you integrate these tools into your every day life and leadership.
Team Workshops
Our workshop for teams, ‘Emotional Mastery’, is an in person or online interactive experience that can be delivered over one or two days. The workshop is designed to increase emotional intelligence, give tools to manage complex emotions, and therefore produce a more productive, healthy and trust-centered team.

Coaching is for people who are functioning well — but know there’s more. It’s for leaders and professionals who carry significant responsibility, feel the weight of expectation, and want to grow without burning out. Coaching is especially valuable for those navigating pressure, transition, complexity, or change, and who are ready to reflect honestly, be challenged, and take responsibility for their growth. If you’re motivated to develop greater clarity, emotional resilience, and a healthier way of living and leading, coaching is for you.

I started this work not out of passion as much as necessity. As a burned out, stressed out, silently depressed leader (with a face put on for all to see), I had to learn to master my emotions for my own sake. It becomes a matter of survival. If I wanted to remain in my role I had to dig deep, know myself, and work with tool that actually change my inner and outer world.

Coaching and counselling both support growth — but they serve different purposes. Counselling typically focuses on healing the past, processing trauma, and addressing mental health concerns. Coaching, by contrast, is future-focused and development-oriented. It works with people who are psychologically well and want to grow, change patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions; instead, it supports insight, accountability, and action in the present and future. Where counselling helps you heal, coaching helps you grow.
